Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, get in touch at bugalugs.shop@gmail.com before returning anything and we'll work out a resolution with you.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at bugalugs.shop@gmail.com. Return shipping is covered by the customer. Items sent back without first requesting a return won't be accepted.

Custom and personalised items

Because they're made specifically for you, birthday banners, name garlands and personalised Cubbies can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty. The same applies to any personalised charm, keyring or bespoke order.

Damages and faults

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered. We'll evaluate it and make it right.

Exceptions

We can't accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing can add a little time on top. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at bugalugs.shop@gmail.com.
